The Orchid Hotel Mumbai Vile Parle

Initially we were given room no. 475 which we found very smelly and didn't like at all. I approached the duty manager Mr. Hemal and informed him that although we had made the payment for 3 nights but we shall be checking out the next morning due to the reason stated above. He was very kind and understanding and immediately arranged another room for us which I guess was of higher category and was to our liking. So we continued for 3 nights as planned. Thus I would like to say that Mr. Hemal is a thorough professional. Also I would like to mention that amongst the restaurant staff, Sushant and Snehal were very positive and efficient in their job. And also Timothy in the housekeeping department was very good 👍

Strategically situated just a 10-minute drive from Mumbai Airport Terminal 2, this hotel offers convenience and proximity. The executive category room, featuring a separate sitting area, proved to be quite comfortable—ideal for work purposes. The highlight was the in-house restaurant on the first floor, offering a diverse buffet with options ranging from juices and cut fruits to continental, Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtra, and Gujarat cuisines. The restaurant staff exhibited exceptional attentiveness, serving with a cheerful and prompt attitude. The impressive variety was further enhanced by the excellent taste, emphasizing both quality and quantity. A stay here is highly recommended.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Mumbai airport. Despite being in a very busy area, the hotel was calm, and our room was very quiet. Check in was smooth and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was well-furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has secure parking for cars. There are several restaurants and bars, though we didn't try any.

We loved the staff's responsiveness to our questions. The music ensemble in the first floor restaurant was amazing! They took requests and played the songs perfectly. We were always taken care of , no matter our requests. Overall, i would totally recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I am actually thinking of making it a ritual where we stay here for few nights while visiting family

The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional. The service was great. They helped us to check in early. Very quick responses. Rooms were clean, comfy beds. Nice terrace pool & restaurant. Great experience
